  1. theotherbrother… Read your article about Stan Bahnsen and was excited about reading that your and his ancesters came from a small Island in the Northern most part of Germany. That is the Isle of Fuhr, and and that is where my Grandfather came from. I have been there and visited with cousins and it is very interesting. I would love to hear from you and about Stan Bahnsen’s family. I often wondered, while keeping up with Stan’s career—We could be kinkolk????? Let me hear from, if you get this memo!!!! Gene Bahnsen

Hey. Was checking out your website. Cool photos and equally cool stories behind them. Question for you. I’m a big fan of the show Barney Miller, and know one of the guys who had a reoccurring role as a thug or hood of one kind or another. He told me the show was shot at what is now the Pickford Center for Motion Picture Study on Vine Street. ABC used those studios to shoot several of their live taped shows. You had mentioned that you ran in to Hal Linden at the ABC Prospect studios. Which place did they shoot the show at? On Vine, or Prospect? Just curious.
    Thanks.

Hi Other Brother! I was wondering if I could have permission to use your General Hershey Bar photo for my blog? I would gladly give you credit and post a link to your blog as well. I live in Los Angeles and wanted to share my stories and sightings of him but camera phones didn’t existed. I was trying to send you a private message but didn’t see an email address listed. Thanks so much for your time, looking forward to hearing from you. – Amber
